We arrive onsite and set up in your board room, lunchroom, or wherever you have spare. We’ll spend some time on this first morning with key stakeholders asking lots of questions and getting to understand your business.

Monday-Wednesday: We create everything

How can you build a whole website in a week?

Because we work onsite with you. There’s no waiting on emails, missing content, or back-and-forth. We write, photograph, design and build everything in real time. We’ve been doing this a long time and have developed processes and workflows to help with our efficiency.

Do I need to prepare anything before you arrive?

Just the basics: Your logo, brand colours, access to your domain/hosting, and any existing materials you want us to reference. We’ll handle the rest.

What if I don’t have any photos or content?

Perfect! That’s exactly what the Lightning Website package is designed for. We create everything onsite during the week.

How many pages can the website include?

Most Lightning Websites sit between 5–10 core pages but we can generally go up to about 15 or so if needed, which is ideal for most small–medium businesses. If you need extras, we can discuss add-ons.

Do I need to be available the whole week?

Not constantly. We’ll need you on the first morning to pick your brains, then just for the occasional question or quick review during the rest of the week. We’re used to working around busy teams.

Can you include online bookings, eCommerce or other features?

Yes! We can add custom functionality as needed. Some extras may extend the timeline or be quoted separately.

What happens at the end of the week?

We launch the site on Friday, provide training, and make sure everything works exactly as expected.

Do you offer ongoing support?

We sute do! We offer hosting, maintenance, and support options if you’d like us to look after everything long term.
