We’re seeking an enthusiastic person to help us take the best possible care of our clients. If you’d like to work in Rockhampton’s premier marketing & design agency, but don’t necessarily have any design skills yourself, our chair could have your name on it.
As our Client Liaison Officer, your job will entail:
- Client liaison – in person, over the phone and via email
- Scheduling tasks
- Updating and managing our CRM database
- Juggling (not literally) the varied demands of our clients and ensuring their deadlines are achievable and realistic.
You should be:
- Outgoing, friendly and cheerful
- Comfortable with technology (though you don’t have to be an expert in anything) and the geeks that use it.
- Up for a chat, either in person or over the phone
- Able to write an email with correct grammar and punctuation
- Okay with a few boring jobs, like making coffee, washing up the dishes, and making coffee (we drink a lot of coffee!)
- Confident in dealing with our designers’ artistic temperaments
