So how to you adapt? How do you keep up?
But here’s a better question:
What won’t change in your business over the next 10 years?
Or, another way, “What will your clients value in 10 years?”
It can be tempting to change what you’re doing in the face of new technology, but it only makes sense if it helps you deliver value to your clients.
Do they value sameness? Genericness? Mediocrity?
My guess is no.
