Email productivity tip: You may be used to sorting your email into folders using Outlook. Whilst this sounds like a good organisation technique, you have to do it every time your receive an email in order for it to be effective, whether or not you ever need to access it later.
The Gmail interface that comes with Google Apps, on the other hand, uses Google-powered search technology, so you know it works.
You can perform very simple keyword searches, or customise your search for fine grained control (like below).
