I noticed a popup notification today when I logged into our business Facebook page: an invitation to verify our page in order to appear higher in search results. (So Facebook claim.)
I checked a few other pages and it didn’t occur, so I am assuming they are rolling this out gradually. Keep an eye out for it.
The process is simple enough. Add you phone number, an automated service calls you with a PIN, and you enter it in the box provided.
Now, we’re verified!
