Launch: Align Property Management
We’re excited to announce the launch of the new website for Align Property Management.
Based in Rockhampton, Align Property Management takes a refreshingly personal approach to property management. Owner Jesse Bray started the business after managing his own investment properties and seeing firsthand the challenges landlords face. That experience helped shape a service focused on communication, accountability, and making property ownership simpler for landlords and tenants alike.
This project started with our Intentional Brand Strategy Program, where we worked with Jesse to better define:
- His ideal clients
- His point of difference
- The value Align brings to landlords and tenants
- Opportunities to stand out in a crowded property management market
Through that process, a couple of key themes emerged. Align isn’t trying to be the biggest agency in town. Instead, the focus is on personal service, practical advice, transparent communication, and helping landlords maximise the return from their investment.
Following the strategy workshop, we made some subtle refinements to the existing logo to better reflect the new positioning and direction of the business.
Jesse then took advantage of our Essentials Website package, supplying the website copy and photography himself, while we brought everything together into a modern, professional website designed to build trust and generate enquiries.
The result is a website that clearly communicates who Align Property Management helps, how they help, and why their approach is different.
